Audhd Self Love & Empowerment Coach, Educator, Speaker, Author
Hello! I’m Jenny, a late-diagnosed autistic and ADHD (AuDHD) woman, mum to two amazing AuDHD daughters, and a self-worth and empowerment coach for neurodivergent women. I’m here to help you unmask, rediscover your true self, and thrive unapologetically in a world that hasn’t always been kind or accommodating.
My Journey to Here
When I received my AuDHD diagnosis, I was finally able to put words to what I had always felt: I wasn’t broken, I was navigating a world that didn’t understand me. But while my diagnosis brought clarity, it also came with grief and a glaring reality: there was no support in my area for people like me. I felt rejected all over again.
So, I decided to become the person I needed at that moment. Through training, research, and a lot of self-reflection, I’ve built a life that works for me and created resources for women like you.
Unmasking is messy, imperfect, and, most importantly, liberating. It’s my mission to help you find that freedom, embrace your worth, and live unapologetically as the incredible person you are.
Why I Do This Work
I know how overwhelming it can feel to navigate life as a neurodivergent adult, especially when perfectionism, burnout, and self-doubt are constant companions. I’ve been there, and I’m here to tell you that it doesn’t have to stay that way.
Through my coaching, I help women like you reconnect with your innate worth and find the freedom to live authentically. My approach is deeply informed by my own lived experience, my trauma-informed training, and my passion for creating safe, neuroaffirming spaces.
Qualifications and Expertise
I’m proud to bring a wealth of training and lived experience to my work, including:
CPD- and ICF-Certified Somatic, Trauma-Informed Life Coach
Certified NHS Oliver McGowan Autism Lived Experience Trainer
Certified Happiness Facilitator
Meditation Leader and Reiki Master
Qualified and Experienced Secondary Teacher
I’m also continually expanding my expertise to better serve my clients, with a focus on neuroaffirming and trauma-informed practices.
The Podcast and Social Media Channels
When I couldn’t find the support I needed after my diagnosis, I created it. That’s how Autism, ADHD, and Us Three was born, a podcast where I share my journey, insights, and practical advice to help others feel less alone.
On social media, I aim to make neurodivergence more relatable, approachable, and even a bit funny. These platforms allow me to connect with women around the world, offering encouragement, tips, and a safe space to explore what it means to thrive as a late-diagnosed AuDHD woman.
A Little About Me
When I’m not coaching or working on my podcast, you’ll likely find me experimenting with my slow cooker or bread maker (seriously, I’m obsessed), hanging out with my husky on long walks, or enjoying a cosy moment with my family.
Life as an AuDHD woman isn’t always easy, but it’s also full of creativity, resilience, and joy. I’d love to be part of your journey as you step into the empowered, unapologetic version of yourself you’ve always been meant to be.
My Ambitions for 2025
I’m always looking to grow and expand my ability to support late-diagnosed women. Here’s what’s next for me:
Publishing My Book: I’m working on a book to support late-diagnosed women during their first year post-diagnosis.
Launching a Coaching Membership: A neuroaffirming space where women can connect, grow, and thrive together.
Further Qualifications: I aim to complete my Level 7 in Somatic Trauma-Informed Coaching Certification (STICC) and become certified in both positive psychology-informed coaching and supporting those recovering from narcissistic abuse.
Sharing My Message: I plan to expand my reach by delivering talks, hosting training sessions, and appearing on podcasts and other platforms to amplify neurodivergent voices.
Continuing the Podcast: I’ll keep sharing advice, life insights, and practical tips through Autism, ADHD, and Us Three, a space for real conversations and support.
