Stop trying to fix yourself. Start discovering who you actually are.
Stop trying to fix yourself. Start discovering who you actually are.
So you got your diagnosis. Or maybe you just finally put the pieces together yourself. Either way, something shifted. You saw yourself clearly for the first time and thought, "Right. That explains… everything."
And then came the next bit. The bit nobody really warns you about.
The grief and the anger and the "who the hell am I actually?" spiral that hits you at 11pm on a Tuesday when you should be sleeping but instead you’re doom-scrolling AuDHD TikTok and crying into a cup of tea.
You’ve spent years, (decades probably), masking, people-pleasing, pushing through exhaustion and calling it resilience. You built an entire life around being what everyone else needed you to be. And now you’re standing in the rubble of that going, "OK but what do I actually want? What do I even like? Who am I when I’m not performing?"
If that’s where you are right now, you’re not broken. You’re not doing it wrong. You’re just at the start of something that matters.
Here’s the thing nobody tells you about late diagnosis
Knowing you’re AuDHD is one thing. Figuring out what to do with that information is something else entirely.
You can read every book, follow every account, listen to every podcast (including mine, obviously) and still feel completely stuck. Because information isn’t the same as support. Understanding your brain doesn’t automatically undo thirty-odd years of survival strategies that are welded into your nervous system.
Maybe you recognise some of this:
🤔 You know you need to slow down but your body physically won’t let you because your nervous system is stuck in permanent go-mode
🤔 You’ve lost any sense of what you actually enjoy because every hobby, every interest, every preference got buried under "what will people think?"
🤔 You’re exhausted from seeking validation from everyone else and you want to trust yourself, but you genuinely don’t know how to start
🤔 You feel like you’re either completely overwhelmed or completely numb, and you can’t find a middle ground
🤔 You’re surrounded by self-help advice that was clearly written for neurotypical people and none of it bloody works
None of that means there’s something wrong with you. It means you need the right kind of support in the right kind of space. And that’s exactly what this is. What changes when you come inside the membership isn't dramatic or designed to happen overnight - it's quieter than that. It's the guilt getting a bit less loud when you rest. It's being able to say no without the three-day internal tribunal. It's knowing why you work the way you do and starting to build around that instead of against it. It's having people around you who don't need you to explain yourself. None of it is linear and none of it is fast. But it's real and it compounds.
The AuDHD Self Discovery Hub
Reclaim Your SELF is an ongoing membership for late-diagnosed autistic and ADHD adults who are done trying to fix themselves and ready to actually get to know themselves instead.
This isn’t a course you have to keep up with. It’s not a Facebook group full of noise and algorithms. It’s not another space where you feel pressure to perform or produce or prove you’re "doing the work."
It’s a calm, intentional, no bullshit space where you can explore who you are underneath the mask, at whatever pace your nervous system can handle. With guidance, community and someone who gets it because she’s lived it!
Each month we focus on one theme connected to identity, self-acceptance and life after diagnosis. Think of it as a slow, steady process of peeling back the layers, not to find something broken underneath, but to find you.
Doors close Sunday 5th April at 8pm. Founding member pricing and bonuses disappear when they do!
Every month we explore one core topic together like unmasking, identity, burnout recovery, boundaries, nervous system regulation, redefining what success looks like for your brain. Some themes will feel lighter and practical. Others will go deeper. You always get to choose how far in you go and taking part in all of the sessions is optional. They are recorded so you can come back and revisit any time during your membership.
Each theme comes with reflection prompts, worksheets and guided exercises so you can work through things at your own pace, in your own way.
There's no pressure to keep up and nothing expires. Sometimes the monthly teaching session will feature a guest trainer or expert sharing their knowledge on a topic that connects to the theme.
This isn't about cramming in content, it's about giving you the space to actually sit with something long enough for it to register and make sense. Over time, each theme builds on the last, so you're not just collecting information, you're building a genuine, lived understanding of yourself. Over time, members are likely to experience that they stop feeling like they're failing at being human and start feeling like they're finally living in a way that makes sense for their brain.
Fortnightly sessions with me, designed around the monthly theme. The first is a teaching and input call where I'll share frameworks, insights and practical strategies you can actually use in your day-to-day life.
The second is Bring a Brew which is our community get-together. Same place, same vibe, every month. Make yourself a cuppa, bring your crochet if you fancy, settle into the sofa and just be with people who get it 💜. You can bring questions, get coaching on something that's come up, share a win or just listen.
Every coaching call is recorded and stored inside the hub, so if you can't make it live you won't miss a thing. The Bring a Brew sessions are not recorded, however, as they are a more informal, social space. These calls aren't performative, they're the kind of honest, grounded conversations you've probably been craving since your diagnosis. For a lot of people, this call becomes the one space in their month where they don't have to mask, explain, or perform. That's not a small thing.
The Reclaim Your SELF community lives inside its own dedicated app. No algorithm deciding what you see, no ads and absolutely no accidentally opening Facebook to check the group and losing 45 minutes to doom-scrolling 🙃. Just a clean, calm space with clearly organised channels for introductions, wins, processing, coaching questions and resources.
You log in when you want to and engage however feels right; share openly, ask questions, celebrate progress or quietly observe.
For a lot of us, the idea of "community" has been ruined by noisy, overwhelming online spaces. This one is different. It's designed for brains like yours and it actually feels comfortable to be in.
Practical tools, guides, worksheets and session replays that build up over time. As each monthly theme wraps up it becomes part of the archive, so the longer you're a member the more you have access to.
This isn't one of those memberships that floods you with 47 modules on day one and leaves you feeling behind before you've even started. The library grows at the same pace you do. Everything is designed to be dipped into when you need it, revisited when something shifts and used in whatever way works for your brain.
Think of it as your personal toolkit for navigating life after diagnosis, one that's always expanding and always there when you need it.
Got a question between calls? There's a dedicated coaching channel inside the community where you can post questions for me directly. Whether it's about burnout, boundaries, identity shifts, relationships or something the monthly theme has stirred up, you don't have to wait for a live session to raise it.
I check in on the coaching channel regularly throughout the week and you'll get a real, thoughtful response from me personally. This isn't a generic FAQ or a templated answer, it's genuine coaching insight from someone who understands what you're going through because she's been through it too. Most memberships at this price point give you content and leave you to figure it out on your own. This one doesn't.
The coaching channel gives you direct access to me, but I'm human so I'm not constantly available (and I sleep sometimes 😅). Jenny Wren is always available and she never sleeps! Jenny WrenBot is my AI coaching assistant, and she's a bit like having me in your pocket 24/7. She's trained on my language, my coaching frameworks and my approach, so chatting with her feels grounded and familiar rather than like talking to a generic chatbot. Her responses also aren't instant. She needs a bit of "thinking" time so the experience feels like you're chatting with a human who needs time to think and type a reply, rather than a chatbot who responds instantly with generic advice.
She's there for the 2am brain spirals. The pre-difficult-conversation wobbles. The "I just need to talk this through with someone who gets it" moments. She'll ask you reflective questions, offer perspective, help you process what's coming up, and yes, she swears occasionally too 😉
Premium members only get 24/7 access to Jenny Wren through the membership portal and via Telegram on their phone. She's not a replacement for the live sessions or the community, she's the bridge between them, so you're never doing this alone, even at 2am.

DOORS OPEN IN...
This is the very first cohort of Reclaim Your SELF so if you join now you’re a founding member. That means something.
As a founding member you get:
• £10 off your first month (Standard: £26, Premium: £37)
• 25% off the next cohort of Find Your Fucking Self, my 12-week deep-dive course, launching again in September 2026, as long as you’re still an active, continuous member when you book your place for FYFS.
This bonus won’t be offered again. If you leave and come back later, the founding member offer is gone. So if FYFS has been on your radar, this is a genuinely smart way in. This is a launch-week-only offer. Join before 8pm on Sunday 5th April to lock in your founding member rate and your shot at 25% off Find Your Fucking Self in September.
This space is for you if:
✅ You’ve been diagnosed (or self-identified) as autistic, ADHD or AuDHD and you’re navigating what that means for your life
✅ You're ready to stop "fitting in" and start building a life that actually works for how you're wired
✅ You want support that’s ongoing, not a one-off workshop that leaves you buzzing for a week and then back to square one
✅ You want a community of people who actually get it, without the overwhelm of a noisy Facebook group
✅ You want to understand yourself well enough that your brain stops feeling like the enemy
✅ You want practical tools alongside the self-discovery, not just "have you tried journaling?" energy
If you’re nodding along thinking, this is exactly what I need - you already know.
This is not for you if:
❌ You're currently in acute mental health crisis, or need clinical or therapeutic support to stabilise before doing reflective work. This is a coaching and peer community space. It's designed to work alongside professional support, not instead of it. If you're not sure whether you're in the right place for this yet, please speak to your GP or a mental health professional first.
❌ You’re looking for clinical diagnosis or medical treatment. This is a coaching and community space, not a substitute for therapy or clinical support.
❌ You’re looking for a quick fix or a programme that promises transformation in 30 days. The work here is slower, more reflective and honestly more sustainable because of it.
❌ You want a productivity system or optimisation strategies. This space is about understanding yourself, not about pushing harder within systems that are already burning you out.
❌ You need a highly structured course with rigid step-by-step instructions. The hub is intentionally flexible , you engage in whatever way works for your brain and your energy.
❌ You're hoping the membership will provide one-to-one crisis support or emergency mental health intervention. Jenny checks the coaching channel regularly, but this is not a crisis service and cannot provide urgent individual support.
It was a rather windy day when this pic was taken!
I’m Jenny. I was diagnosed autistic and ADHD at 37, after 16 years of teaching in secondary schools, a spectacular burnout and a whole lot of "why can everybody else just cope?"
I’m now a trauma-informed coach and Positive Psychology Practitioner, the author of Autism, ADHD and Me (Amazon bestseller, which still feels surreal to type), and the host of the Autism, ADHD and Us Three podcast. I run Audhdistically Me because I know what it feels like to discover your neurodivergence late and have absolutely no idea what to do next.
I created Reclaim Your SELF because I needed a space like this after my own diagnosis and it didn’t exist. So I built it. Everything in this membership comes from lived experience, professional training and a deep belief that you don’t need to be fixed, you need to be supported while you figure out who you actually are.
No toxic positivity. No clichés. No bullshit. Just honest, grounded support from someone who’s walking this path too.
Reclaim Your SELF is open now. Founding member spots are limited. Doors are open until 8pm on Sunday 5th April.
After that, founding member pricing and bonuses are gone and this offer won't come back.
If you've been reading this thinking "this is what I need" then now is the time.
Standard: £26 for your first month (then £36/month)
Premium: £37 for your first month (then £47/month)
Cancel anytime. No contracts. No minimum term.

Reclaiming yourself isn’t selfish. It’s the bravest bloody thing you can do.
💜
Do I need a formal diagnosis to join?
No. Self-identified and self-discovered neurodivergent people are absolutely welcome. If you recognise yourself in this, you belong here.
What if I can’t make the live calls?
Every teaching session is recorded and stored inside the hub. You can watch in your own time, and you still have access to the community, resources and coaching questions channel regardless of whether you attend live.
How much time do I need to commit?
As much or as little as you want. Some people will show up to every call and work through every prompt. Others will dip in when they have the energy. Both are completely valid. This space is designed to meet you where you are, not add to your to-do list.
What’s the difference between Standard and Premium?
Standard gives you full access to the hub: live calls, community, resources, coaching questions, the lot. Premium adds 24/7 access to Jenny WrenBot, my AI coaching companion, through the membership portal and Telegram. If you want support between sessions at any time of day or night, Premium is worth it.
Can I start on one tier and then move up or down?
Of course! You will need to cancel your current membership and subscribe to the tier you want to move to.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Genuinely. No minimum term, no cancellation hoops. If it’s not right for you, you can leave whenever you need to. Just give me five days notice and I'll get it sorted. The only thing to note is that the founding member bonus (25% off Find Your Fucking Self) requires continuous membership until September 2026, if you cancel and rejoin later, the bonus doesn’t apply.
Is this a replacement for therapy?
No. Reclaim Your SELF is a coaching and community space, not clinical support. It works beautifully alongside therapy, but it’s not a substitute for it. If you’re in crisis or need clinical care, please reach out to your GP or a qualified professional.
What’s Jenny Wren actually like to use?
Think of her as a coaching companion who’s available whenever you need her. She’s trained on my coaching frameworks and approach, so chatting with her feels grounded and familiar. She’ll ask you reflective questions, offer perspective (and the odd swear 🤣) and help you work through things in real time. She’s not a chatbot giving generic advice and she’s specifically built for this community and this work.
